厨房是让胃满足的地方。是时候对老旧的厨房做个翻新了！那么，从哪个地方开始呢？

Before taking the plunge and making a kitchen remodel, close your eyes and picture the kitchen of your dreams in your mind . Even if the final budget does not achieve all the ideal designs, you can make adjustments to the final presentation based on the most ideal layout according to the usage requirements.
Whether your kitchen is a standard 100-square-foot kitchen (the benchmark size most cabinet manufacturers indicate) or a large 440-square-foot kitchen, some basic layout and renovation concepts are consistent . Let's have a look!
Basic layout of the kitchen
Small-scale kitchen renovations may not affect the overall layout of the kitchen, but if the changes are large, the layout of cabinets and appliances will need to be re-planned. Changing the structural layout of the kitchen usually requires redoing the electrical and plumbing, both of which are relatively expensive and increase costs accordingly.
Let's talk about the structural layout of the kitchen, what are the mainstream design ideas .
Several different kitchen layouts
Galley Style: Also known as a walk-in or hallway kitchen, is characterized by two parallel walls or lines of cabinets and countertops with a walkway in between.
L-Shaped: As the name suggests, an L-shaped kitchen forms an "L" with two adjacent walls or a bar that extends from the wall.
Double L shape: The double L shape is composed of an L-shaped kitchen and an L-shaped counter.
U-Shape: A U-shaped kitchen forms a "U" or horseshoe shape and can be surrounded by three walls, or it can be made up of two walls and a bar.
Whichever layout you choose, keep in mind the very important "kitchen triangle" - this is the passage you pass between the refrigerator, stove or oven, and sink, and no two should be more than 6 feet. The closer this angle is to a right angle, the more efficient you will cook.
Of course, this channel should not be too narrow . If only one person usually serves the spoon, the aisle should be at least 36 inches wide, and the cooking area should be at least 42 inches wide; if two people are often cooking together, the cooking area should be at least 48 inches wide .
Matters needing attention in the selection of kitchen floor materials

硬木地板：如果精心维护，硬木地板（通常是橡木）会很漂亮，但它们可能会被宠物的爪子和高跟鞋损坏，并因厨房操作中导致的积水而损坏。
竹材料：与硬木相似，竹板具有独特的外观和良好的整体耐久性，不过它也与硬木地板相似，不够耐磨防水。
Laminate 复合木地板：复合木地板价格相对便宜，并且非常易于安装。它还具有防污性，并且可以立即清洁。但是，积水会导致复合木地板的边缘膨胀，一旦这种损坏形成，则直接无法修复，需要更换才能保证正常使用。
Cork 软木地板：软木地板由于其轻微的海绵状结构，使用感非常好，长时间站立不会很累，噪音也相对较小。它相对容易安装，且易于清洁。和复合木地板一样，软木地板也容易被缝隙之间的积水损坏。
Linoleum 亚麻地板：亚麻地板是比 vinyl 更早的传统弹性地板材料，与vinyl不同，亚麻地板是由天然材料制成的，经久耐用且具有抗菌性，有多种颜色和图案可供挑选，也可以根据具体需求，增加一些垫层以保证使用舒适感。
Vinyl：Vinyl 是使用较为普遍的地板材料，以其易于安装和维护的特性而倍受欢迎。Vinyl地板样式繁多，甚至可以模仿瓷砖或硬木板的外观。基本的Vinyl地板砖是最便宜的厨房地板材料之一，而就算选择高质量的“豪华Vinyl材料”，价格仍在厨房地板的中等价格范围内。
厨房台面的选择
厨房改建后，你最先注意到的可能就是厨房台面了。像选地板一样，台面的选择也不能仅仅考虑外观，它的维修保养、耐久性以及预算费用都要考虑在内。
● 人造石台面：以石英石为主，价格便宜，质地坚硬、耐污染，容易打理。
● 天然石台面：花岗岩，由于它自然纹理的美观，一直都是台面选材中很受欢迎的选项。它表面坚硬，十分耐用，但是花岗岩台面必须要进行定期密封以防止藏污纳垢。其他天然石材还有大理石、皂石、石灰岩等，但是他们质地更软，更需要多加护理。
● 实心面材台面：这类台面通常被称为“可丽耐”（Corian, 美国杜邦公司发明的世界上第一块实心面板材料的品牌），它耐污渍、不会轻易有刮痕，但注意不要将高温锅具直接放在台面上，否则很容易给台面带来损害。
● 木质台面：木质台面易清洁，可用木蜡油进行保养，但遇水易损坏。木质台面更适合用于特定工作区而不是作为主要的台面材料。
● 混凝土台面：混凝土台面使厨房具有一种工业风，但需要多达一年4次的密封保养。优点是防刮痕防热。
● 层压塑料台面：这是最经济实惠的一种选择。它色彩丰富、造型多样，但是不耐热。
厨房的橱柜
全新的橱柜可能会有点贵，如果你预算紧张，可以考虑一下橱柜翻新，就是保持内部柜体不变，对外表进行重修。有时候换个柜门就会有焕然一新的感觉。

另一种方式就是喷漆，尽管这做起来并没有那么容易。在喷漆之前要做大量的准备工作，而且如果你的橱柜是三聚氰胺板而不是木质的，你还需要找到能给这种材料上色的油漆。然后，清洁橱柜表面并进行轻微打磨，再进行喷漆。
如果这两种翻新方式你都不感兴趣的话，那就去找橱柜公司吧。一开始你可能会眼花缭乱，但是你要记住，橱柜主要分两种：落地橱柜（位于厨房台面之下），和壁橱（直接在墙体留出空间而成，可以放置食物和各种锅碗瓢盆）。
在换橱柜的时候，不要为了省钱而省空间。如果选择落地橱柜，要选带有深抽屉的。选壁橱的话，要选高度到达天花板的。储物空间是厨房里最重要的地方了。
厨房设计的其他方面
厨房设计基本原则不仅仅包括地板、橱柜、台面的选择，照明对厨房也有很大的影响。如果为了一整天的烹饪工作方便，可以选择明亮的灯光。如果想要在家里营造一种浪漫的夜晚氛围，可以选择柔和微弱的灯光。

要想实现最好的效果，可以分层次来安装，比如橱柜底灯、吊灯、天花板嵌灯。此外，厨房里还需要多个电源插座，尤其是在厨房后挡板处。在建筑规范中有对改造厨房中的插座及照明的具体要求。
