Instructions for Setting Up Homeowners' Eano Account

See below on how to navigate around the platform:

1. Set up your Eano account

Start by visiting www.eano.com

Click on “Log in” at the top right to begin the account setup process.You can sign up using either your phone number or email address.

After entering your details, you’ll receive a verification code via your selected method (email or phone).

Once your account is created, you can log in at any time by visiting www.eano.com

Upon log in, navigate to the “My Project” tab to view your project details.

2. Accessing Daily Logs and Project Information

Under “Progress,” you’ll find a summary of the Daily Logs, including updates on progress and any notable events.

The “Schedule” section will provide you with an overview of upcoming tasks and timelines.

3. Milestones and Payment Requests

To view your project’s milestones, go to the “Milestones” tab where you'll see key phases of the project.

Payment requests will also be visible in the “Milestones” section, where you can see completed activities and proof of work.

4. Chat

EANO offers a convenient chat feature for direct communication. All team members are part of this chat, making it easy to share information, instructions, finish selections, and other project details.

If you have any questions or concerns, simply post them in the chat—this is the central spot for all communications, ensuring everything stays on track.
