The platform is divided into multiple components, each with distinct features that can be accessed according to your role. The table below provides a detailed breakdown of these roles and their permissions.
There are three primary roles in the Eano Pros system:
The platform is divided into various components, each designed to streamline different aspects of your work. Below is a brief description of each component:
WhatsApp Integration: Collaborators can upload their daily logs directly through WhatsApp for easier communication and record-keeping.
Admins: Have complete control over all components and features, allowing them to manage the entire system without any restrictions.
Members: Typically have full access to their assigned projects or tasks. For instance, they can manage opportunities, schedules, and project details for projects they are responsible for. However, their access is limited to only those projects and tasks assigned to them.
Collaborators: Have restricted access and can only view items created by or assigned to them. In some cases, such as with sensitive information, their access may be further limited, ensuring that they only interact with the necessary parts of the system. For example, they may have "Readonly Access" to project schedules and documents, or upload-only access to daily logs.
