Welcome to the Eano Pros platform!

This document will help you understand the different roles within our system and what each role can access. The platform is divided into multiple components, each with distinct features that can be accessed according to your role. The table below provides a detailed breakdown of these roles and their permissions.

 

 

Roles Overview

There are three primary roles in the Eano Pros system:

  1. Admins (Admin & Owner): Full access across all features and components.
  2. Members (Team Member): Access to features based on assigned projects or tasks.
  3. Collaborators (Sub-contractor): Limited access, primarily focusing on assigned tasks and projects, with sensitive information hidden where necessary.

 

System Components and Features

The platform is divided into various components, each designed to streamline different aspects of your work. Below is a brief description of each component:

  • Dashboard: View project and invoice statistical data, manage to-dos, and more.
  • Marketing: Manage booking pages and websites, including connect calendars and setup booking page, and setup GC's company/personal website and material packages whitelable website.
  • Leads: View leads, place bids, and manage cancellations.
  • Opportunities (CRM): Create and manage opportunities, send quotes, and handle project information.
  • Project Management: Manage schedules, tasks, files, finances, and communication.
  • Schedule: Create and manage schedules and tasks, view meeting details, and track project progress.
  • Chat: Communicate with your team, clients, and collaborators.
  • People: Manage your team, clients, and roles within projects.
  • Finance: Handle invoices, track payments, and manage project milestones.
  • Resources: Manage templates, integrations, and account information.
  • Settings: Update business profiles, manage project information, and adjust platform settings.
  • Plan and Billing: View and manage subscriptions and payment details.
  • Copilot (AI Bot): Get AI-powered assistance for best practices of using Eano Pro and various tasks.

 

Special Integrations

  • WhatsApp Integration: Collaborators can upload their daily logs directly through WhatsApp for easier communication and record-keeping.

 

Role-Based Access

  • Admins: Have complete control over all components and features, allowing them to manage the entire system without any restrictions.

  • Members: Typically have full access to their assigned projects or tasks. For instance, they can manage opportunities, schedules, and project details for projects they are responsible for. However, their access is limited to only those projects and tasks assigned to them.

  • Collaborators: Have restricted access and can only view items created by or assigned to them. In some cases, such as with sensitive information, their access may be further limited, ensuring that they only interact with the necessary parts of the system. For example, they may have "Readonly Access" to project schedules and documents, or upload-only access to daily logs.
