Already have a project ready to kick off? Jump right into a project to keep the team and client aligned on project scope, milestones, and key decisions.
Here’s a quick rundown of all the things you’ll do to begging running your project with Eano Pro.:
After logging into your Eano Pro account, click on Create a Project and fill out the basic details of the job and the client information. The email and phone number for the client will be used later to communicate project status and invoices.
The scope section of the new project modal offers you a quick way to create an estimate by using preset scope groups. These are prebuilt line items rolled up into a single group like Kitchen, Bathroom, and other common remodeling projects. You can set prices and edit them later after your project is created.
Once your project is saved, you can use the scopes section to organize the work you’ll need to perform.
For the Project Scope section:
After the project has been created you can fine tune the scope and milestones from the project tabs.
In the Milestones tab, scroll down to the scope section and expand the scope group. If you used a preset set of scopes, you don’t have to add pricing to each line. You can add or delete line items within that group, but the pricing will all roll up to one number for that group.
A scope section could be something like a room like a bathroom or kitchen. If you need to also add something like a second project at the same project site, you can add a new section. From there you can also use preset scope groups or individual line items.
Basic milestones are prefilled for your convenience if you use a preset scope. You can edit milestones, due dates, and payment amounts.
You can choose to make milestones trigger invoices once they are complete. If you want to be able to mark a milestone complete, but not invoice the homeowner, you can simply use $0 for the amount of the milestone.
